If you are an existing patient with questions between visits, reach out to Michelle, our Patient Educator. She is your direct connection to your care team between appointments. Whether you have questions about your protocol, something has changed with your health, or you just need to know what to do next, Michelle is here to help.

She coordinates with our providers to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, so you're always connected to your care — not just when you're in the clinic.
